Welcome to Moja Prodavnica. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before creating your online store.

By using the services of Moja Prodavnica, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the legal entity you represent.
2. Description of Service
Moja Prodavnica is an e-commerce SaaS platform that enables small businesses and merchants to easily create, edit, and manage their own online stores. The platform provides integration with local Macedonian banks and payment processors for direct payment collection.
3. Accounts and Security
To use certain features of the platform, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The use of the platform is based on a monthly or annual subscription according to the applicable pricing list. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law or these terms.
5. Sales Commission
Moja Prodavnica charges 0% additional commission on your sales generated through the store. You have full control over your funds directly through your bank transaction accounts.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, products, pricing, legality of offered goods, and compliance with consumer protection laws in the Republic of North Macedonia.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, code, and materials of the Moja Prodavnica platform system are owned by the company and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we make maximum efforts to ensure stability and security.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, with the jurisdiction of the courts in Skopje.
