Our platform operates on a monthly or yearly subscription. If you choose a yearly package, you get a 17% discount or two months free. With the chosen package, you get access to all functionalities included in it, with no separate payment for store development.

No. You do not pay separately for the creation of the online store if you choose one of the included themes/designs. If you want a custom theme/design of your choice, a one-time fee applies.

The subscription gives you access to the platform and the functionalities of the chosen package, including management of the store, products, and orders. Functionalities depend on the chosen package.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose a yearly package and want to cancel it, only the monthly price for the months you actually used the platform is deducted from the yearly sum, and the rest is refunded.

Yes, a 7-day free trial is available. You do not pay anything during the trial period.

Card payments in the store are processed via an integrated payment gateway. Upon a successful transaction, the order is automatically recorded in your store, and you can process it via the admin panel.

The monthly subscription covers the use of the platform according to the selected package. Additional service fees apply to the payment processor. Each payment processor has different fees, which are around 2-3% per transaction depending on the bank. All such fees are independent of our monthly subscription.
